A. Document Requirements
1. All Educational Certificates & Mark Sheets with original
2. Domicile – Domicile/ Resident Certificate signed by SDM/ Tehsildar which is verifiable on concerned website of State Government.
3. Caste Certificate/ Caste Affidavit – signed by SDM/ Tehsildar belonging to BC, OBC, SC & ST candidates.
4. Character Certificate – signed by Sarpanch/ Nigam Parshad within six months.
5. Ration Card/ Aadhar Card/ Voter Id
6. Relationship Certificate – duly signed by Chief Record Officer/ Senior Record Officer of respective Record Office with date of birth.
7. NCC Certificate
8. Sports Certificate
9. 20 X Latest passport size colour photographs
10. Documents of Border Area
