Bank of Baroda (BOB) has finally declared the recruitment notification for the post of job profile Specialist Officers (SO). Bank has released the 913 vacancy of specialist officers (SO) in Scale I, II, III in disciplines of Legal, Wealth Management Service – Sales & Wealth Management Services – Operations.
Candidates will be recruited based on three selection processes – (i) Bank of Baroda SO Online Test
(ii) Group Discussion (GD)/ Personal Interview (PI)/ Psychometric Test.

Candidates can only make the payment of requisite fee/intimation charges through ONLINE mode only. Candidates have the option of remitting fees via ONLINE MODE only, where the application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions. [Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets].

Bank of Baroda SO Online Test Negative Marking
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

Bank of Baroda SO Document Verification
The following documents in original together with a self attested photocopy in support of the candidate’s eligibility and identity are to be invariably submitted at the time of interview failing which the candidate may not be permitted to appear for the interview.
i. Printout of the valid GD/ Interview Call Letter.
ii. Valid system generated printout of the online application form.
iii. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authority or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB).
iv. Photo Identify Proof.
v. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority.
vi. An Ex-serviceman candidate has to produce a copy of the Serivce or Discharge Book.
vii. “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview.
viii. Persons eligible for age relaxation under 1.2 (5) must produce the domicile certificate at the time of interview.
ix. Any other relevant documents in support of eligibility, etc.
