Food Corporation of India (FCI) phase 1 exam has started from 31st May. Exams will conduct till 3rd June 2019. 3rd June is the fourth day of exam. This organisation is run by GOI. Its headquarter is in Chennai. In this article, we are going to provide the detailed analysis of FCI exam.

  • JE (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/)
  • Assistant Grade II (AG II) – Hindi

  • Typist (Hindi)
  • Assistant Grade – III (AG III) (General/ Accounts/ Technical/ Depot)

FCI Exam Reporting Time

FCI exam for phase 1 will be conducted in 4 shifts according to below timing.

Shift 1 (8:15 AM – 8:45 AM),

Shift 2 (10:45 AM to 11.15 AM),

Shift 3 (01:15 PM to 01.45 PM),

Shift 4 ( 03:45 PM to 04.15 PM)

FCI Phase-1 Online Prelims Exam Pattern

  • This Phase-1 paper is Objective MCQ based. Each question is carry 1 mark.
  • 1/4th part of question marks will be deducted from total on giving wrong answer (i.e. negative marking).
  • All questions will be in both Hindi & English except English subject.
  • Marks obtained in this phase-1 paper will not be considered in final merit list.
  • Each section has 20 minutes separately.

General Intelligence & Reasoning is a scoring section. So Candidates must use his ability to resolve this with speed.

  • 5 questions Series
  • 15 question of puzzle (Sitting Arrangement, direction, Linear row)

♦ Alpha Numeric Series (4-5 questions) : Easy-Moderate

♦ 3 Puzzles (Circular, Linear & Day wise) (15 questions) : Moderate

♦ Syllogism (5 questions), Direction (3 questions), Inequality (5 questions) : Easy
