8 – Section Officer Account
  1. Master Degree in commerce in first division from any university recognized by the Govt. of Haryana with minimum 60% marks in respect of General category/other category candidates & 55% marks of sc Category Candidates of Haryana domicile. OR Graduate from any university recognized by the Govt. of Haryana with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General category/other category candidates & 55% marks of sc category candidates of Haryana domicile & having certificate in Integrated professional competence course (Ipcc) chartered Accountant (Intermediate) from their institute of chartered Accountant of India with 3 years experience.
  2. Hindi/ Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
9 – Divisional Accountant
  1. Master Degree in commerce from any Govt. of university recognized by the State Govt. of Haryana with the minimum 55% marks in respect of General category/other category candidates & 55% marks of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile candidates possessing higher qualification would be given preference.
  2. Hindi/ Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
10 – Pharmacist
  1. Matriculation or equivalent examination with Education Board or any other Education Board by the State Government of Haryana.
  2. Having a Diploma in pharmacy from an Institution recognized by the State Government of Haryana.
  3. Hindi/ Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
11 – Junior Scale Stenographer
  1. Graduation with a minimum 60% marks in respect of category/other category General candidates and 55% marks of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile from any recognised university recognized by the Govt. of Haryana. OR Post-Graduation with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General category/other category candidates and 55% marks of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile from any university recognized by the Government of Haryana, in case candidates having Graduation with marks less than 60% for General category/other category candidates and less than 55% marks for SC category candidates of Haryana domicile.
  2. The direct recruits shall have to qualify the following shorthand tests at the time of recruitment. (a) Shorthand test in English at the speed of 100 w.p.m. and transcription thereof at the speed of 20 w.p.m. the passage shall contain 300 words. Time for transcription 15 minutes and duration of piece shall be 3 minutes. (b) Shorthand test in Hindi at the speed of 80 w.p.m. and transcription thereof at the speed of 15 w.p.m. the passage shall contain 240 words. Time for transcription 16 minutes and duration of piece shall be 3 minutes.(c) 8% mistakes in English/Hindi shorthand transcription are allowed.

12 – Steno Typist
  1. 10+2/10+2(vocational) with for at least 60% marks or equivalent and above General category/other category candidates (for Ex-serviceman 10+2 only) and 55% marks for SC category candidates of Haryana domicile or Graduate from any Board/university recognized by the Govt. of Haryana
  2. The direct recruits shall have to qualify the following shorthand tests at the time of recruitment. (a) Shorthand test in English at the speed of 80 w.p.m. and transcription thereof at the speed of 15 w.p.m. the passage shall contain 240 words. Time for transcription 10 minutes and duration of piece shall be 3 minutes. (b) Shorthand test in Hindi at the speed of 64 w.p.m. and transcription thereof at the speed of 11 w.p.m. the passage shall contain 192 words. Time for transcription 17.5 minutes and duration of piece shall be 3 minutes. (c) 8% mistakes in English/Hindi shorthand transcription are allowed.
  3. Hindi/ Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
13 – Lower Divisional Clerk (Field Cadre)
  1. Graduate with minimum 60% marks Category/other in respect of General category candidates and 55% marks of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile from any University recognized by the Government of Haryana. OR Post-Graduate from a university duly Recognized by central Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General Category/other Category.
  2. Should have passed the state Eligibility Test in computer Appreciation and Application (SETC) conducted by HARTRON.
  3. Hindi/ Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
14 – Upper Divisional Clerk (Field Cadre)
  1. Bachelor Degree in Commerce with at least 60% marks for General Category Category/Other Candidates & 55% marks for SC Category Candidates of Haryana domicile from any University recognized by the Govt. of Haryana.   2. English shall be a compulsory subject in Graduation.
  3. One year certificate/Diploma in Translation from an Institution recognized by Govt. of Haryana.

18 – Junior Accountant
  1.   1. (a) Matriculation or equivalent examination Education with Science from Haryana Board or any other Education or University recognised by the State Government of Haryrana. (b) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or B.Sc in Medical Technology from an institute recognised by State Govt. of Haryana.
  2. Hindi/ Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
20 – Junior Draftsman
  1. Matric with 2 years ITI certificate in Draftsman minimum trade in civil with 2 years experience in a reputed firm/organization after having obtained the said certificate; OR Three years Diploma in Architecture Assistantship with minimum 60% marks in respect of General category/other category candidates and 55% marks of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile;OR Bachelor in Architecture or Master in Architecture with a minimum 60% ma¡ks in respect of General category/other category candidates and 55% marks of sc category candidates of Haryana domicile, in case of candidate having Diploma in Architecture Assistantship with marks Iess than 60% for General/other category candidates and less than 55% for SC category candidates of Haryana Domicile.
