Official IBPS SO Cut Off for Prelims 2018 Out
Dear Aspirants, The IBPS SO Prelims was held on 30th & 31st December 2017 and result was declared on 19th January 2018.
IBPS SO Cut off 2018: IBPS is likely to release cut off of IBPS SO 2018 mains exam in February, 2018. The IBPS SO cut off of mains exam will be released along with the result of candidates qualifying IBPS SO mains exam. Previously there was no sectional timing but this year it has introduced sectional timing. In addition to that, this time only marks obtained in Professional Knowledge Test will be considered in merit list for interview. Marks obtained in qualifying subjects i.e – Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude will not be added in the merit list of the interview. Thus, the difficulty level of exam automatically increases as compared to previous year.

Negative Marking Marks Deduction
There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
IBPS SO Previous Years Cut Off 2017 – Prelims
IBPS Specialist Officer VI cutoffs of Prelims Exam are released now that took place on 30th and 31st January 2017. The IBPS SO 2017 exam has also conducted on 28th and 29th January 2017 in two different shifts.
IBPS SO Cut Off – Prelim 2018
The IBPS SO Prelims exam is qualifying in nature. You have to clear the sectional as well as the overall cut off to reach the next stage, i.e Mains. The Marks obtained in prelims will not be counted in the final merit list. This year over 1315 vacancies were announced for IBPS SO exam.
