SSC CHSL Nomination List 2016-17 Out – Postal Preferences
Dear Aspirants,
Good News!!! SSC has finally released the list of Nomination of Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Exam 2016. The Candidate who have been finally selected will still wait for the document and post location verification. The respective departments appointment letter will be generated after the document verification. It will take minimum 3 – 4 months.
What Is Nomination Status ?
SSC creates the file of each selected candidates in which all your information saved from the starting to last. These file has been called as Dossier. It stores information which you have provided (From Application Filling to Document Verification). After uploading final result, SSC send the dossier to allotted department. Allotted department receive the dossier and start the next procedure like attestation form filling, police verification etc.

North Eastern Region Nomination of SSC CHSL 2016 : Released Date – 14th of March 2018

The dossier of the selected candidates given in the downloaded list have been sent to the Ministries/ Departments/ Offices. For any further information candidates are requested to contact at the addresses given in the downloaded sheet.
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released an official notification of time period for submission of Postal reference from selected candidates for appointment as PA/ SA on the basis of SSC CHSL 2016. The selected candidates who have already sent the preference form need not send once again.
Now the Deadline for submission of preference form of Postal Circle was till 20th April 2018.

Nomination to the Post of Data Entry Operator
Data Entry Operator post exists in Indian Audit and Account Department (IA & AD) under the Comptroller and Auditor General of India by the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination, 2016. The allocation of States/ Offices to the nominated candidates for the post of Data Entry Operator will be made on the basis of merit cum State Preferences of the Candidates.

Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant : Called For Options/ Preferences Of Postal Circle
Department of Posts has initiated the process of Postal Circles to the candidates nominated for the appointment to the post of Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistant on the basis of SSC CHSL 2016 Exam. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has finally released the list of nomination of CHSL Exam 2016.

Necessary Information For PA / SA Candidates
- All such candidates who do not give any order of preference or are not allowed to any of the Postal Circle mentioned in their limited preference shall be allocated to nearby Postal Circle from their respective home state subject to availability of vacancy in the category one has been selected, after allocation of Postal Circles to all other candidates.
- Candidate should submit the options / preferences of all below23 circle. If a candidate does not submit or indicate any option / preference or limited options / preferences, then Postal Circle will be allocated as mentioned in para 2(d) of the covering letter or above point.
- Candidate can submit preference for all 23 Postal Circles where vacancies are available as given below.
- Candidate must send their duly filled-in Option Form to the following postal address, by e-mail and Speed Post / Registered Post by 31st of March 2018
- Subject of the email should contain only Roll Number followed by your name. For example, if Roll Number is 2376459833 and name is Shankar Singh, then subject of email should be like “2376459833 Shankar Singh”.
