Education Qualification & Work Experience(as on 30.06.2018)
- You should have a CA or MBA/PGDM or any Post-Graduate degree.

- Manager : You need to have 5 years Post Qualification Experience in the relevant field.
- Chief Manager : It is mandatory that you have a minimum 8 years Post-Qualification Experience in the relevant field.

SBI SO Recruitment – Selection Procedure
1. Shortlisting of application based on qualification and experience.
2. Interview
- Your Selection Process will begin with the shortlisting of candidates first based on qualification and experience.
- Once your application are shortlisted , you will be called for Interview.
- Merit list will be prepared based on the marks that you obtain in the Interview.
3. Merit List : Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in Interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut off marks(common marks at cut off point), such candidate will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the selection list.

SMGS stands for Senior Management Grade Scale
