Harayana Staff Service Commission (HSSC) has today announced 1646 vacancies for the post of Fire operator cum driver. This notification is regarding to hire candidates who completed 12th for the position of Fire Operator Cum Driver. No offline application will be accepted by office.

Haryana SSC Vacancy 2018 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must read the below eligibility criteria before applying for the HSSC Fire Operator Cum Driver.
Education Qualification
- Should have passed the 12th Standard
- Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence
- Hindi/Sanskrit up to metric Standard or higher education.
- Should have minimum physical standard i.e. Height – 5′ 7″, weight 54 Kg . Chest 32″ (inches) unexpanded and 34″ (inches) expanded (without clothes), Eye sight 6/6 (without glasses) and 6/6 (with or without glasses after the age of 45 years).
- Should not be colour blind.
- Shall have passed basic course in fire fighting from any institution recognized by Government or Government of India.
Age Limit
- Min Age – 17 Years
- Max Age – 42 Years
Age will be calculated based on 5th May 2018.
Relaxation in Age
i). In case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class (A) & Backward Class (B) and EBPG and upper age limit is relaxable as per Haryana Govt. instructions.
ii). For Ex-Servicemen Candidates, relaxation up to continuous Military service added by three years is permissible.
iii). The upper age limit in respect of widow, legally separated woman, divorcee, deserted woman and unmarried woman will be upto 47 years as per Government Instruction.
Reservation of Posts : Reservation will be as Harynana Government Instuctions.

Rs. 5200 – 20,200 + Rs. 2400/-

Female of Haryana Resident Only : 50/-
SC/BC/EBPG candidates of Haryana State only

HSSC Exam Pattern
The scheme of marks in respect of selection to Group ‘C’ posts shall comprise of total 100 marks :-
1. Written Exam : 90 Marks
2. Socio-Economic Criteria and experience – 10 Marks
The Written examination will be either on OMR sheet based or online computer based (CBT).

1. Document Uploaded
- Scanned Copy of Essential Qualifications i.e. Metric showing Date of Birth and mark sheet of 10 + 2 / Graduation/ Diploma/ Degree etc.
- Scanned Copy of Sport Gradation certificate in Of Outstanding Sports Persons, duly issued by the Competent
- Scanned Copy of Haryana Domicile Certificate
- Scanned photographs duly signed by the candidates
- Scanned signatures of the candidates
2. Document to be brought at the Time of Scrutiny / Selection
- All original certificates/documents/testimonials of educational qualifications and other documents mentioned in the online applications and one set of attested copies of all these certificates.
- Printed Copy of online application form alongwith latest stamp size photograph duly attested by a gazetted officer and pasted on the application form alonwith date on photograph.
- Original proof Of earlier fee deposited i.e. Treasury Challan / Credit Certificate issued by concerned treasury etc.
How to Apply Online Form ?
- Online applications are invited for direct recruitment of under mentioned categories of posts using the website of HARYANA STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.
- Candidates should fill up the application form only after going through the instructions.
- The online application can be filled up from 06.04.2018 to 06.05.2018 till 11.59 P.M, thereafter website link will be disabled.
- Candidates are advised to fill their application form carefully such as Name, Father’s/Mother’s name, Date of Birth and Category, Qualification, obtained marks, passing year, photo & signature, fee etc. After final submission of application form, no change will be allowed. Candidates will be responsible for any mistake in the data of application form and fee paid by him/her. No correspondence will be entertained.
