एसबीआई देगा 10 हजार नौकरियां, 1,000 कर्मचारी व अधिकारी बैंक से हर महीने हो रहे सेवानिवृत्त | देश के सबसे बड़े बैंक भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई) में इस साल करीब 10,000 लोगों को नौकरी मिलने वाली है। यह भर्ती लिपिक सह रोकड़िया और अधिकारी, दोनों वर्गों में होगी।
President of SBI said that there is currently 2.64 lakh workers in SBI in which about 1000 workers and officers retiring. 75-80% will be recruited of above retired personnel.
ALMOST SBI BECOME DIGITAL
The Chairman said that SBI is in the process of offering more and more services in its mobile app so that its customers do not have to worry about coming in the branches. At present, only 16 per cent of SBI subscribers are taking services in the branches. The remaining 84 per cent of the customers are either using Internet Banking or through mobile phone apps or its e-kiosks. It is preparing to increase it, so that more and more customers can take service at home and they will not have to worry about coming to the bank. At present, the total number of SBI branches is close to 23,000, of which 42 million bank accounts are.
Yono expansion
SBI released the Yono (You Only Need One) app on November 23, in which customers were getting transaction, money transfer and some other facilities. Rajneesh Kumar said that this app is now being made more useful, so that customers can get lifestyle related services besides lifestyle services.It is worth mentioning that the bank is now offering hotel booking, book sales, cab booking, entertainment, food drinking, travel, insurance and medical services, shopping etc. in the services offered on their app. For this, the bank deals with various e-commerce companies.
3,500 crore expenses annually on technology
For the bank to become completely digital, about Rs 3,500 crore is spent every year on the equipment and maintenance of information technology. More work is being done for the customers to get maximum facility digitally. In this order, all the apps of the bank are being made better.
