1. In a solution of spirit and water is 35 % when 30 liter spirit is added percentage of spirit in solution becomes 75 %. Find the quantity of water in solution initially ?
2. Calculate the volume of a frustum having radii 4 and 12 cm and height 70 cm.
Ans – r1 = 4
r2 = 12
h = 70
V= 1 / 3 πh ( r12 + r22 + r1 × r2 )
V = 1 / 3 π × 70 ( 16 + 144 + 48 )
= 4354π cm 2
